Transaction Report

The Portal Drive-Thru Director [DTD] Admin Options

The Transaction Report analyzes individual transactions for the selected date. The date selection for this report is limited to a specific 24-hour period.

  1. From the Site Hierarchy dropdown, select specific sites or managers.

    For more information, see Report Site Selector.

  2. From the Date dropdown, select a date or date range. The default is Today.

    For more information, see Report Date Options.

  3. Select More Options for optional data parameters.

    For more information, see Report More Options.

  4. Select Run Report -OR- select the dropdown for additional output options. The default output is PDF.

Transaction Report: Report Detail

The Portal Drive-Thru Director [DTD] Admin Options

The Drive-Thru Director Transaction Report displays the following data:

Description

Store #

The site number for the data row.

Time

The date and time of the transaction.

Menu Time

The actual speed of service for the menu board.

Line Time

The actual travel time between the menu board and the pickup window.

Pickup Time

The actual speed of service for the pickup window.

Total Time

The actual total speed of service for the drive-thru event.

Anmerkung

The Transaction Report displays Actual Speed of Service times.

Transaction Report: More Options

The additional options available for the Transaction Report are listed below:

Setting

Description

Show Matched Pairs

Displays all drive-thru transactions with complete and valid Menu Board and Pickup Window events.

Show Menu Board Only

Displays drive-thru transactions with a complete and valid Menu Board event, but are not part of a matched pair. This means that the Menu Board event does not have a matched Pickup Window event.

Show Pickup Only

Displays drive-thru transactions with a complete and valid Pickup Window event, but are not part of a matched pair. This means that the Pickup Window event does not have a matched Menu Board event.

Show Unmatched Pairs

To display all unmatched pairs, select both the Show Menu Board Only option and the Show Pickup Only option. These two settings are mutually exclusive and have either a complete and valid Menu Board event OR a complete and valid Pickup Window event, but not both.

Anmerkung

The report default displays all transactions within the selected time period.
