Recipe List

From the Recipe List:

  • View a list of all existing recipes;

  • Search and/or sort recipes;

  • Arrange columns by dragging and dropping the column.

  • To edit a recipe, select the recipe directly or select the checkbox to the left of the recipe to use the Actions dropdown.

  • To remove the recipe(s), select the checkbox to the left of the recipe(s) to use the Actions dropdown.

The Recipe List displays:

Product linked to the recipe.

Create New Recipe

Recipes are listed in the General area of Recipe module.

To create a new recipe:

  1. Navigate to Data Management.

  2. From the menu on the left, under Back Office Settings, select Recipe.

  3. From the upper-right of the Recipe List, select New Recipe.

  4. In the Name field, type the recipe name.

    • Requires a unique name of 50 characters or less.

  5. In the ID field, type the assigned ID.

  6. In the Description field, type a recipe description.

  7. In the Revenue GL Account field, use the dropdown to select the revenue general ledger account.

    • Only GL Accounts with the GL Type of revenue appear in the list.

  8. From the Major Category dropdown, select the recipe major category.

  9. From the Minor Category dropdown, select the recipe minor category.

  10. In the Recipe Tag area, select the Tags field to select the tags associated with the recipe. Add multiple tags by selecting the field again.

  11. From the upper-right of the Recipe area, select Save.

Add Ingredients to Recipe

This module pulls data from Inventory Item.

To add ingredients to a recipe:

  1. Navigate to Data Management.

  2. From the menu on the left, under Back Office Settings, select Recipe.

  3. From the Recipe List, select a recipe.

  4. From the menu on the left, select Ingredients.

  5. From the upper-right of the Ingredients area, select Add Ingredient.

  6. In the Add Ingredient form, select the checkbox to the left of the ingredient(s).

  7. From the lower-right of the Add Ingredient form, select Add Ingredient(s).

  8. If necessary, in the Quantity field, adjust the quantity.

  9. If necessary, follow the process to add a Sub-Recipe.

  10. From the upper-right of the Recipe Form area, select Save.

Sub-Recipe

This module pulls data from Inventory Item.

If in the process of adding ingredients to a recipe, proceed to Schritt 5

To add ingredients to a sub-recipe:

  1. Navigate to Data Management.

  2. From the menu on the left, under Back Office Settings, select Recipe.

  3. From the Recipe List, select a recipe.

  4. From the menu on the left, select Ingredients.

  5. From the upper-right of the Ingredients area, use the Add Ingredient dropdown to select Add Recipe.

  6. In the Add Recipe form, select the checkbox to the left of the recipe(s).

  7. From the lower-right of the Add Recipe form, select Add Item(s).

  8. From the upper-right of the Recipe form, select Save.

Linked Product

If creating a new recipe, proceed directly to Schritt 4.

  1. Navigate to Data Management.

  2. From the menu on the left, under Back Office Settings, select Recipe.

  3. From the Recipe List, select the recipe.

  4. From the menu on the left, select Linked Product.

  5. From the upper-right of the Linked Product area, select Add Linked Product.

  6. From the Add Linked Product menu, select the checkbox to the left of the product(s).

  7. From the lower-right of the Add Linked Product menu, select Add.

  8. From the upper-right of the Linked Product module, select Save.

Chargeable

The chargeable item in a recipe is the inventory item counted during stand worksheet operations.

To assign a chargeable item to a recipe:

  1. Navigate to Data Management.

  2. From the menu on the left, under Back Office Settings, select Recipe.

  3. From the Recipe List, select the recipe.

  4. From the menu on the left, select Chargeable.

  5. From the Chargeable dropdown, select the item.

  6. From the upper-right of the module, select Save
