An Expo number is a short number that is used to easily identify an order. It is typically communicated to the customer when they place their order and later called out to them when their order is ready.

Using expo numbers to identify orders is easier and faster than using the longer order number or capturing the customer's name.

    Short Destination Name

Short name defined for the order destination.

    Full Destination Name

Full name of the order destination. Display the full name to enable the kitchen staff to more quickly recognize the order destination.

    Order Timer

Amount of time since the order arrived in the kitchen.

    Hold Timer

The Hold Timer is the amount of time the order has been sitting in the ‘Hold’ area awaiting customer arrival. The Hold Timer starts when the order is bumped from the upstream screens.

When the elapsed hold time exceeds the defined warning and overdue times, a visual and audio alert is triggered.

    Order Source

Order source (e.g. Mobile App, Web Site, Restaurant Terminal) associated with the order.

    Customer Name

Customer name associated with the order (when applicable).

    Vehicle

    Customer's vehicle color and type.

    Table Number

Table number associated with the order.

    Tent Number

Table tent number associated with the order.

    Cashier Name

Name of the cashier who entered the order.

    Server Name

Name of the server who entered the order.

    Terminal ID

ID of the POS terminal where the order was entered.

    Course Names

Order items for each course on separate kitchen tickets when an order is made up of different courses (i.e. Appetizer, Entree, Dessert).

Each ticket is associated with the same order number.
