The following describes how to configure the settings that are used to add and manage employee records.

W-4 filing status records identify the marital status of an employee when filing a W-4 form. The W-4 records are available for selection when adding W-4 information to employee records. |
Countries

To create a country record:
From the Country List homepage, select New Country.
Define the following:
Field
Description
Name
Type a name for the country record.
ISO code
From the dropdown, select the identification code for the country.
From the upper-right of the screen, select Save.
Country States

To add a country state:
From the Country State List homepage, select New Country State.
Define the following:

Country
From the dropdown, select the country where the state is located.
ISO code
Type an identification code for the state.
Name
Type the name of the state
From the upper-right of the screen, select Save.
Ethnicities

To add an ethnicity record:
From the Ethnicity List homepage, select New Ethnicity.
Define the following:

Type a name for the record.

I-9 Document Classes

To create an I-9 document class:
From the I9 Document Class List homepage, select New I9 Document Class.
