The Chef Prep Report displays the Items, Unit of Measure, and Quantities of projected items for the specific date.
To generate the Chef Prep Report:
From the Site Hierarchy dropdown, select specific sites or managers.

From the Date dropdown, select a date or date range. The default is Today.
For more information, see Report Date Options.
Select More Options for optional data parameters.
For more information, see Report More Options.
Select Run Report -OR- select the dropdown for additional output options. The default output is PDF.

The Chef Prep Report displays the following data:
Table Header | Description |
---|---|
Item | The inventory ingredient. |
Unit | The Unit of Measure (UOM) for the item. |
Time | The projected amount for the time period. Time period blocks are determined by the Parent Brand. |
Total | The total projected amount for the entire day. |

Time | Sorts report data by the time. | |
Total | Sorts report data by the total amount. | |

Ascending | Sorts report data in ascending order. | |
Descending | Sorts report data in descending order. |
