Ingredient Filters

Xenial Portal → Data Management → Kitchen Settings → Kitchen Screen Settings

From the Ingredient Filters page of the Kitchen Screen Settings editor, define filters for the Ingredient Summary Pane for this kitchen display.

Routing Categories

To filter ingredients by their assigned kitchen routing categories:

Locate the Routing Categories section.
Select Add Kitchen Routing Categories.
Select the desired kitchen routing category filters. Only ingredients assigned to the selected kitchen routing categories are routed to this display.

To filter ingredients by their assigned tags:

Locate the Product Tags section.
Select Add Product Tags.
Select the desired tags. Only ingredients associated with the selected tags are routed to this display.

To filter ingredients by their assigned tags:

Locate the Product Tags section.
Select Add Product Tags.
Select the desired tags. Only ingredients associated with the selected tags are routed to this display.

To filter ingredients by the order destination assigned at the POS application:

Locate the Destinations section.
Select Add Destinations.
Select the desired order destination(s). Only item ingredients assigned to the selected order destinations are routed to this display.

To filter ingredients by order source (e.g. Mobile App, Web Site, POS terminal):

Locate the Order Sources section.
Select Add Order Sources.
Select the desired order source(s). Only ingredients that originate from the selected order sources are routed to this display.

To filter ingredients by POS terminal:

Locate the Terminal ID section.
Select Add Terminal IDs.
Select the desired terminal ID(s). Only ingredients that originate from the identified POS terminals are routed to this display.
