Receipt Messages

To create a receipt message:

  1. From the Receipt Message List homepage, select New Receipt Message.

  2. From the General section, define the following settings:

    Setting

    Description

    Message Name

    Type a name for the receipt message.

    Description

    Type a description of the receipt message.

    Active

    Toggle Active if the receipt message is currently available for use at the site.

    Message Type

    Select the location for the message on the receipt: Header or Footer.

    Message Body

    Type the message to print on the receipt.

    Any Time Period

    • Toggle Yes to print the message on the receipt during ALL time periods.

    • Toggle No to only print the message on the receipt during specific time periods.

      From the Time Periods dropdown, select the time period(s) to print the message.

  3. From the upper-right of the screen, select Save.
