This feature is only available in a Xenial Cloud store environment. The Labor Cost is derived from Payroll Details within Redshift and is calculated as the SUM of total wages (Regular and Overtime).

    • Send push notification if discount is equal or greater than the specified amount on a single transaction.

  • Checks

    • Send push notification if any check is above the specified currency amount.

  • Fraud Detection

    • Send push notification if a check is reopened once it has been closed.

    • Send push notification when a Refund' transaction is performed.

  • Tips

    • Send push notification if the tip on check is higher than the specified currency amount.

Key Stats, Reports, and Alerts

Pre-Payment and Post-Payment Void Totals

Previously, the Voids total included both pre-payment and post-payment void totals. These totals are now separated on the Key Stats, Reports, and Alerts pages.

This release introduces the following updates:

  • The "Voids" key stat, report, and alert is renamed to "Post-Payment Voids". The total excludes pre-payment voids.

The following terms have been changed to match Xenial Reporting:

  • "Receipts" is changed to "Payments".

  • "Profit Center" is changed to "Destination".

Data Encryption

Employee data (name and email address) derived from the Xenial Portal is now encrypted before it is stored to MongoDB.

The data is encrypted when:

  • A response is sent through the API.

  • The data is retrieved from Redshift DB.

When displaying Employee Names within XMM, the Last Name is now represented by the initial letter, followed by a period(.).

Calendars

The Start Day of Week setting in the Admin Console is now deprecated.

Beginning with this release, calendars defined with the Calendar editor in Xenial Data Management are now supported.

Additionally, "Week to Date" has been changed to reflect "Period to Date".

When viewing reports, a "combined" view is presented by default. The user has the ability to drill-down into the data by POS terminal destination.

When the user touches the area in or around the drill-down indicator at the store-level, subsequent detailed pages are rendered without confinement to a single destination.

An Hourly Chart of hourly sales is now provided with the following capabilities:

  • Select date/date range.

  • Compare data with previous day, same day previous week, and average.

  • Tap each hour to view additional stats, including Gross Sales, Net Sales, Order Count, and Items Sold.
