The browser displays a “File Download” window. Verify that Save this file to disk is selected, then select OK.
Most systems prompt for where to save the file (for example: Downloads). If your system asks, note the folder name, then select OK.
After the download is complete, you may need to select Close to clear the file download screen.
From either the RFS or RMS Main Menu in RTI 2000, select Utilities, then Load Program Update.
When asked where the update file is located, select the folder noted in Step 3. Note: If you are not sure where the file was saved, go to the Windows START menu, select Find, then select Files or Folders, and search for files with the name *.zip. Then note the folder where the update was found.
Select the file then click OK.
The files will load and you will be notified when the update is complete.
After following these steps for the tax tables, you also need to:
Go into PR and select Load Tax Update from the Utilities menu.
With the data drive highlighted, select on Update. It will scan through your employees and then bring up a list of Federal and State tables.
Scroll through the list and confirm that all the Federal years are selected, as well as the States you use, then click Select.
Select OK after the Tax Tables are installed and then Exit out of the Load Tax Updates window.
