  1. From the list of downloads above, click the update that you need.
  2. Your browser will come up with a “File Download” screen. Make sure Save this file to disk is selected and click OK.
  3. Most systems will prompt for which folder to save the file in (for example: Downloads). If your system asks, note the folder name and click OK.
  4. When the file is finished downloading, you may have to click Close to clear the file download screen.
  5. From either the RFS or RMS Main Menu in RTI 2000, select Utilities, then Load Program Update.
  6. You will be asked where the update file is located. Select the folder noted in Step 3 above.
    Note: If you are not sure where the file was downloaded, go to the Windows START menu, select Find, then select Files or Folders, and search for files with the name *.zip. Then note the folder where the update was found.
  7. Select the file to be updated and click OK.
  8. The files will be loaded and you will be notified when the update is complete.

After following these steps for the tax tables, you will also need to:

  1. Go into PR and select Load Tax Update from the Utilities menu.
  2. With your data drive highlighted, click on Update. It will scan through your employees and then bring up a list of Federal and State tables.
  3. Scroll through this list and confirm that all the Federal years are selected, as well as the States you use and click Select.
  4. Say OK when you get the Tax Tables Installed and then Exit out of the Load Tax Updates window.
  5. The latest Tax Tables will now be available.
